1. The Neolithic Times
During the Neolithic times, people would trade, farm, and do specific jobs. People would do jobs such as basket weaving, building homes, weaving, and tool making. They got good at their jobs because they could focus on one thing and not worry about anything.

2. Jobs
Permanent shelters let people have time for jobs. These jobs let people get better at what they did because they would do it worry-free. Jobs helped create more variety in the community life.

3. Population Growth
Population growth grew where the farming villages developed. The Neolithic group had many changes, which helped the population grow even more. Those changes were that the village dwellers worked together, people would spilt up work to get more done, and protection which covered themselves from animal attacks and enemies.

5. Establishing Communities
Farming allowed people to form in large communities. Living in communities allowed people organize themselves more efficiently. People would divide up the work and finish it altogether. Also, with the time they had left over from not searching food, the would think about how to live safer and more comfortably.

7. Trade
People traded when they needed something and they couldn’t get it in their area. The Neolithic people wanted to trade items that would improve the strength and material of what they made. People traveled hundreds of miles to trade items such as flint and obsidian. Also, some people traded ore, a mineral used for its valuable uses.

8. Permanent Shelters
Houses made life much more easier. They gave protection from harsh weather, enemies, and animal attacks. It allowed new ways to cook food. Lastly, there were many rooms to put items into.
