2 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (HRM) The function of an organization to focus on recruitment, management, provide direction for the people who work in the organization.

3 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (HRM) The organizational function deals with issues related to people, such as: 1.compensation, 2.hiring, 3.performance management, 4.organization development, 5.safety, wellness, benefits, 6.employee motivation, communication, 7.administration, and training.

4 HUMAN RESOURCE Definition Human Resource: is a person or employee who staffs and or operates a function within the organization. Human Resources: is the people that staff and operate an organization.

5 HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Human Resource Development (HRD) is the framework for helping employees develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities.
