2  Specific appeals to the logos and pathos of an audience trying to get them to think, feel, act in a certain way  Typically used in advertising and in persuasive speeches or writing 2Brown Persuasive Techniques

3  Appeal to logic  Any type of argument based on facts, reasons, appealing to critical thinking and what “makes sense” to an audience 3Brown Persuasive Techniques

4  Appeal to emotions or feelings  Creating apathy in the audience trying to get them emotionally invested rather than logically. 4Brown Persuasive Techniques
