DISTRICT CONVENTION IN JACKSONVILLE A Rare Opportunity! Having a District Convention in Jacksonville is a rare opportunity for any member who hasn’t yet attended one. Every Kiwanian should attend a District Convention at their earliest opportunity after they join. Even if you can’t attend all of the sessions, attend the ones you can. -- Butch Shadwell Thank you, Kathy Suber, director of the DCF’s Lea’s Place for your informative presentation. This is a valuable program. If you can give your time or make donations, contact Kathy Suber at 360-7091. Forming enduring friendships is a great object, but when your friends are hurting, we all hurt.” Be A Super Model Mark Young Children: Priority One (YCPO ) is an ongoing service program of Kiwanis International, addressing the needs of young children. Kiwanis clubs are encouraged to carry out at least two YCPO projects per calendar year, though many clubs are able to do more—helping children, families, and communities with critical issues affecting youth.
