7  What are some of the challenges?  Major challenge: Multiple email accounts  Managing large amounts of email  What if my school asks students to send assignments via email?  “Beeps” abound from multiple devices…  Other challenges?  One solution??? Use the tools in a robust email program to manage all your accounts!

8  What are the challenges?  How to schedule time for synchronous communication that works for both me and my students?  How to schedule time for grading, content management, etc.  What about putting my feet up by the campfire?  Other challenges?  Possible Solutions?  Google scheduler, other online scheduling programs (pros and cons) Did you guess it was Frankie Laine?

9  Automation  What does my LMS, email, SIS allow me to automate?  Example: Automated emails  Example: Preformatted emails  Example: Release by condition (or restriction)

What can be integrated?  Example: Grade integration from LMS to SIS  Example: Integration of helpful tools like Turnitin to your LMS  Customization  Do you have specific needs? Can you customize your LMS/SIS/tools to meet those needs?  Example: SIS customizations for our school contacts
