Practice Tips Establish Day and Time – Duration Sites are sometimes challenging to find Have Players wear same color shirt for scrimmage purposes Repetition, Repetition,..you get the message Appropriate water breaks

Exhibition Games Trophy and standings based on equal play Games marked as exhibition DON’T COUNT No need to phone in scores for Ex. Games

Uniforms White is not a color (for Visiting Team) Home team changes if REF determines colors are similar If visiting team is white and home is white, visitors must change jerseys Always have pinnies on hand for game

Uniforms Several places for uniforms –Carey’s Sports –GameOn Arena Sports –Soccer.com –Score –Hobby Lobby or Michael’s (iron on numbers) –Academy

50% Play Every team – every division needs to play each child 50% of the game NO EXCEPTIONS Violations will be brought to A&D

BLOW OUTS! Simple logic – DO NOT RUN UP THE SCORE Tiebreaker process only sees 3 goals Thought process of “I don’t want to hold my kids back” is flawed Tell them to work on passing, spacing, etc. during a blow out Repeated blow outs will be brought to A&D

Rain Outs Game cancellations will be listed on the Web site There will be no phone calls or emails Make it a habit to check Web one hour before games

Forfeits DO NOT FORFEIT Home team still has to pay referees More than two forfeits in season will result in coach coming to A&D The goal is for the kids to play as much soccer as possible. Bring the kids you have, grab a few from the other team and PLAY SOME SOCCER !

A&D You DO NOT WANT TO APPEAR Minimum one game suspension. Be respectful when appearing and take it seriously…we do!
