13 Clarity about the Business Arrangement … Can feel awkward to spell out in great detail what will be delivered, but it is a must Range from coverage/scope of a report to time frame for return calls (etc) Forestalls snags later on Different consulting roles bring up different details (temporary staff vs. miracle worker)
