35 Grouping of stakeholders Form working groups on specific areas For example: for each priority area of the HFA Multi stakeholder representation in each working group Identify facilitating organisation in each group

36 Multi stakeholder meetings Each working group meets to gather and analyze available information May use the offline report template Gather information through desk researches, field surveys and interviews

37 Assemble all inputs Through multi stakeholder participatory meetings Deliberate on the over all progress in all areas of HFA Coverage and authenticity is key
