2. IDEA/ BUSINESS CONCEPT Cause: For desire to be accepted into a group, young teenagers are decide to overcome any obstacle and were willing to do a lot of things unworthy to be followed like consumption of forbidden substances. Effects: So, the young people are willing to give up theirs own identity and to copy the behavior of others just to be accepted and admired by the members of a group. Solution: It would be preferable that every young man should be aware of its own value and try to impose through the skills of which give evidence; to do this it needs an awareness campaign carried the effects of the consumption of forbidden substances and promote the true values.

3. TARGET MARKET & MARKETING STRATEGY Mission: Educating the younger generation for not consuming forbidden substances and lifestyle harmonize with the principles of healthy living. Purpose: Training skills of identifying risk factors, preventing their influence on health and promote true moral values ​​. We want to open our eyes each teen to make him be self-conscious and make him understand that if not accepted in a group what is it then has no place in that group. Every young person should be aware that it is valuable because, simply, is he!

4. SOCIAL ISSUE/ SOLUTION/ BENEFITS We noticed that more and more teenagers regularly consume forbidden substances-even drugs, as they want to be accepted by other teenagers in their groups. The solutions to this problem consists of promoting the teenager`s positive attitudes and their skills. In order to reach this goal we planned a series of activities by which we can combat the consumption of forbidden substances and make the teenagers become conscious of the harmful effects of this practice. We wish to make the young generation become conscious of the true values that must count in human relationship and also we want to help, through this project, to reduce the consumption of drugs among adolescents.

5. INNOVATIVE ELEMENT Implementation of the concept "I wanna be me!" in teenagers mentality by recovery the individual identity, by harnessing the positive attitudes and skills. We want to set up a circle in which teenagers who are the target group of the project can discuss, analyze the causes that pushed him to consumption of forbidden substances, etc. Through our project we intend to identify skills of young people with problems, by collecting information about their inclinations and organizing working groups to motivate them. For this we need at least 20 volunteers, chosen from colleagues, knowledge and close young people with problems. So we intend to incorporate workshops which subjects is to offer a chance to affirm and also we will promote the positive attitudes who arising from promoting their skills as disciple for mates. The activities which we propose are: - contests with thematic in which young people with troubles to participate as competitors; - contests in which young people targeted to participate in jury; - demonstrations at the workshop; - achievements of contests with thematic on the teenagers groups coordinated by them; etc. For example: "My thoughts by drawing"; “Express myself by singing“; "You want to dance?“; “I`m athlete so I`m healty!", etc.

6. FEASIBILITY We want in the side of workshops to build groups of initiations at extracurricular activities ( picture, drawing, canto, origami, football, etc.), that the person with troubles being disciples for they who want learn the secrets of this activities. Because of that we want to attract in the groups 1-2 persons close to the identify ones as having troubles, so their participations at educational, cultural and sportive activities to be for them an usual alternative, not an imposed one who worship their behavior changes. Our idea is feasible because teenagers take much easier ideas and suggestions coming from those like them and not to adults or company. We will succeed to convince them because we managed to integrate in groups of young people without imitating the behavior of other young; If we succeeded and they will succeed. We can say that it was impressive how young people have responded and have understood the message that we sent through the project. We have numerous chances to improve the method of persuasion that valuable are positive attitudes and moral values. Because of the impact that we had on the teenagers we intend to go ahead with the project.

7. IMPLEMENTATION AT GLOBAL LEVEL Globally, must be organized several groups of young volunteers who wish to promotes their true values about behavior of teenagers. Creation of working groups must include the target group of adolescents whose skills may be put in sight.
