introduction In this PowerPoint I am explaining the trends in computing for the play station and it has changed from the PlayStation to PlayStation 4 as well as it development.

Changes in PlayStation The PlayStation has changed a lot since the first an example of this is that it the hardware like the weight from 1.5kg to 2.7kg so not all changes are better but most are like CPU speed33.87 MHz to 1.6 GHz is a good change because it makes it quicker. Also the Disc capacity from 650 MB to 50 GB meaning they can put more information onto the disc like more game content and video graphics.

5 uses beyond gaming 1. Surfing The Internet 2.Charging Devices 3. Social Interaction 4. Instant Streaming 5. blue-ray The impact of this is that you can save money by not needing to buy a blue-ray player as well if you have a ps3 or ps4 as it plays blue-ray. Also you play with people the other side of the world with social interaction. Charging devices means you can keep all you devices together and charged. You can also keep up to date on your tv program with instant streaming without the need of a smart TV. If you didn’t have this you would spend more money on these uses and have to use more effort.

Issues with play station Legal issues Such as selling a 18 to a person under that age or buying or age games. Also illegally downloading games of the internet. There are more legal Issues like who made the game For example Tetris has had legal battles over who created it In 1985. Ethical issues such as people playing 18 rated games and then thinking they can do it in real life and end up killing people. People have killed because of video games for example the case of Devin Moore who gunned down 3 people and stole a car after playing a game from the series ‘Grand Theft Auto’. Social issues Social issues like people not going out to play and to do exercise making a issue of people getting fat. On average 8-to-18 years old play video games for 13.2 hours per week. This can cause psychological problems, including depression, anxiety, and social phobia.
