3. I had joined Program Gema Amal Insan (GAIN) 2013/2014.

4. 1.On 7 November 2013, second year seniors of Pharmacy had come into our class and introduce us about GAIN. They asked us to choose a director and the committee members to organise this programme.

5. 2.I have been selected as the treasurer I. On 12 November 2013, Abdul Hafiz bin Zakaria has been selected as director of this programme. Then, all the committee members have been selected as well according to the votes of first year students of Pharmacy. We had this meeting with the monitor of GAIN 2014/2014, Dr. Mohd. Hanif Zulfakar at Bilik Seminar Blok H4.

6. 2.1 I had been selected as Treasurer I during the meeting with the monitor of GAIN 2014/2014, Dr. Mohd. Hanif Zulfakar.

7. 2.2 I and Treasurer II, Jasmin had been selected as treasurers in GAIN 2013/2014.

8. 3.As soon as on 13 January 2014, we had organized the first meeting at surau D, Kolej Tun Syed Nasir (KTSN) 1. Monitors of Persatuan Mahasiswa Fakulti Farmasi (PMFFar) had joined in the meeting and gave us advice and instructions to majlis tertinggi and each portfolio. It was my first time to be a treasurer so I seek advice from Hanafi, treasurer of GAIN 2012/2013 and monitor of PMFFar. He taught me how to make the budget and organize the account. Besides, I had also asked for advice from treasurer of PMFFar 2013/2014, Sim Cai Hong. She taught me about the letters prepared to apply for advancement of RM800.00 from PMMFar and RM300.00 from Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pelajar (JPPel). She sent me the template of formal letters needed and format of the letters. She also sent me the sample of attachment of receipts to be claimed.  From this, I learned to be a team player. I learned to interact effectively with others and meet the attendance of every meeting.

13. 4.I prepared ‘Buku Tunai’. Before the programme started, every exco prepared the stuffs needed for the programme. Hence, some excos expended money in preparing for the programme. I kept asking them the amount used in purchasing the stuffs. Then, I recorded the amount in ‘Buku Tunai’ using Microsoft Excel. This was to make sure that the expenses would not exceed the income to prevent loss.  From this, I learned to be a leader. I learned to motivate the excos to move toward a common goal, which was trying to cut down the expenses to prevent loss. I always reminded the excos to expend minimum costs.

14. 4.1 The ‘Buku Tunai’ prepared by me to make sure the expenses would not exceed the income.

15. 5.We had taken a photo of entire Majlis Tertinggi and excos at TIBE, UKM KL campus on 5 February 2014. Besides, we had also taken personal photo wearing the Corporat Shirt of Faculty of Pharmacy.
