2 What is a Real Estate Agent? He/she is paid to sell other people’s property, from farms to houses to condos. He/she also helps clients buy properties. 2

4 How Do They Do This? For a Seller: –Meet with customer and tour the property –Compare the property with other similar properties that have recently sold –Promote the property through Advertisements Open houses MLS –Negotiate all possible offers for the property 4 UNT in partnership with TEA, Copyright © All rights reserved.
