17. Library Services Inter-faculty Loan (IFL) Document Delivery Service (DDS) Inter Faculty Loans (IFL) is a service that enables patrons to request and borrow books from any of the UTAR libraries. Document Delivery Service (DDS) is a service whereby UTAR Library can borrow books / articles from other University libraries including IPTA or IPTS or vice-versa. 17 UTAR Library
