The CRM helps us communicate with the customers quicker and more effectively than we would be able to with an ERP system. It is also more suited towards creating great customer relationships. Since we have bike testing, crash testing, bike repair, and bike sales; we have to be in contact with our customers and be able to maintain healthy relationships. SalesForce CRM product lets us do just that through their Service Cloud.

Why we use it? – This lets people see photos of our events along with a description on what the consumer is receiving. This gives them immediate feed back and information How we use it? – Since we are able to customize bikes the consumer will be able to text us to see where in the process their bike is as well as are able to change certain aspects that they decide on.

How we use it? – We have a page where consumers can like and refer us to other consumers. This lets everyone know our name and what we do.
