Contracting: Completed 9 of 16 contracts/production licenses Finance: On track and reconciled weekly Staffing: Giant Source more heavily leveraged Project Setup Go Live moved to 4/29 with the channel migrations ending 6/27 Revised schedule enables channel migration activities to be supported early in the process based on planned rollout of functionality MAM P0 release completed 3 weeks later than planned Schedule Original Scope OK High level Madrid scope determined Scope Project financials are on track and have been submitted as part of the January forecast. Detailed reviews with individual project managers to update forecasts. Preliminary budget discussions have taken place regarding Madrid.
