Local bakers: - Regular meetings: NGOs meet NGOs, Muncipality meets NGOs - Build oficial representation of the Sector (elected, rules based) -Constant Allience building - Use UIB methodology in every day work in cooperation and problem solving -Prepare together with lawyer the proposals of local legislations and mesurements (use international example) to involve local communities in decision making process - Connect national networks to improve laws of the NGOs on the national level - Use international bakers -Communicate internaly and externaly - Learn and look for advice -DONT GIVE UP!

24. Business Mantra: - Lets NGOs take adventage on unused or empty properties. We get less money as if it was comercialy rented but properties are not being neglected. Properties gain value by NGOs taking care of them.

25. Everybody: There is no Top – Down or Buttom – Up. Dialogue and consense is needed. You have to find the golden middle way of communication and working TOGETHER.
