31 IV.Issues and Gaps on Environmental Education  Can’t offer new course offering (BS Environmental Science) due to lack of faculty members and facilities.  Lack of manpower/personnel to undertake other environmental education initiatives.  Lack of financial support from the university to implement development projects, extension works, seminar, on environmental education/management.  No funding to undertake research works  No incentives

32 IV.Issues and Gaps on Environmental Education  Lack of facilities/rooms to further develop/ improve/ expand environmental education projects.  Environmental education initiatives not priority of the incumbent presidents and other administrators of SUCs/private universities  Politics in the university  No commitment  No permanent representative from the member institutions
