ACTIVITY REPORT means for JS and also projects to monitor progress means of knowing projects and their activities better basis for evaluating project expenses essential part of the projects auditing
ACTIVITY REPORT – structure and contents Consists of: –(summary description of the project and its achievements for programmes website) –general information about the project –achieved activities and outputs (in WP 1 – 5) –projects implementation status –(CEEC/NIS activities)
JS MONITORING OF PROJECTS PROGRESS achievement of planned activities and outputs financial progress, its relation to stated activities in case deviations reasons and solutions for them –no major changes allowed without prior approval of JS/SC balanced contribution of partners/regions true transnational activities, co-operation and solutions
TO BE OBSERVED claimed expenses have their basis in the activity report –costs are realistic –expenses follow the time table –no budget lines exceeded and enough money left for the rest of the planned activities –no project partners budgets exceeded
