5. My Personal Vision Statement I believe that children should be at the center of everything we do and all decisions we make within a school. Our ultimate responsibility is to educate each child, but we must also remember that the physical safety of our children is top priority in a school. In addition, each child’s emotional well-being must be nurtured. The surrounding community and its members should be utilized to support our students and schools in the best ways possible. Schools are preparing the future citizens and leaders of our communities, states, and nation. Securing highly qualified, ethical teachers and providing strong instructional, ethical leadership will help ensure that our students are well-prepared.
