3 Breakfasts in Greece include bread with butter, honey or marmalade with coffee or milk. Breakfast cereals are also eaten. Various kinds of savoury pastry (Tyropita, spanakopita, and bougatsa) are eaten for breakfast in some areas of Northern Greece, usually with Greek coffee or Frappé coffee. Traditional Greek breakfast consists of hot milk, fresh bread, butter and honey, or yoghurt. 4 Food and drink: German people like a variety of bread, cheese and cold meats for breakfast.

5 Greek people enjoy fresh salads with lunch and dinner. This salad consists of tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and feta cheese which is made from goat’s or sheep’s milk.

6 This German vegetable dish is called Rogenkraut. It consists of vegetables, grains and tomatoes. It is topped with melted cheese.

7 Labor day and the Feast of the Flowers. Families leave the towns and cities to go into the country for picnics and the sky is filled with kites.
