4 Roadmap Alignment Four teams: – Services Plan Defines NWS services of the future and how they will be managed, communicated, marketed, and executed – S&T Plan Defines technical solutions to meet services needs of the future; provides technical solutions to IT infrastructure issues – Workforce Evolution Plan Address the strategic management of the workforce over the next 5 to 10 years, along with the training/tools required to enable the workforce to implement new services in the future – Business Plan Outlines the current cost of services and investment required to implement this initiative; calculates the anticipated Return on Investment 4 Making the extraordinary ordinary ** PRE-DECISIONAL
