6 LLS Taiwan Operation Process SECTION - BOOKING Requirement Timely and Accurate submission of booking information Where APL Logistic Taipei Office Cut-Off Vendor should submit the booking(Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery, thus APLL could get the shipping approval from consignee if any shipment is out of the shipping window. Process APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether PO fall in shipping window date or not first, APLL will issue shipping order no. and input booking data into APLL system if under “ Yes” scenario. Consignee(LLS affiliates) could track PO billing details from “NetTrac” system at same time. NoteNo Cargo will accept without APLL shipping order Shipping authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

7 LLS Taiwan Operation Process SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVER & CLOSING TIME Requirement Cargo must be delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order. Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per Consignee’s PO number. Carton Marking Vendor’s cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition and proper carton marks Cut -Off #For APLL Load Cargo- APLL Contract Warehouse should receive cargo during the working hours. Vendor will pass paper thru Taiwan customs before 5:00pm on the cut-off day (Thu.) #For Factory Load- Base on Carrier’s CY cut-off time(Thu.) Note APLL will inform the actual cargo delivery date t o all concerned parties, especially on shipping advise and container manifest.

8 LLS Taiwan Operation Process SECTION 3 - CARGO LOADING Requirement Cargos must be released from Taiwan Customs. ( through EDI between customs and brokers) Where APLL facilities - Taoyuang -Evergreen warehouse - Kaohsiung - Kao Fong warehouse When Every Thursday. Loading P. 1.Build full container for single Division -first priority. 2.Co-load with the division sharing the same DC -second priority. 3.Co-load with other division - third priority. 4.Co-load MCC cargo- fourth priority. 9 LLS Taiwan Operation Process SECTION 4 - ISSUE CARGO RECEIPT/ SUBMIT DOCUMENT TO APLL Requirement Vendor submit essential commercial documents to APLL Taiwan office with in five working days after vessel sailing day to exchange APLL cargo receipt. Where APLL Taipei office. Request Packing & Weigh List1 Original, 3 Copies Documents Commercial Invoice1 Original, 3 Copies Visa Document*1 Original, 3 Copies Country of Origin Declaration*1 Original, 3 Copies Inspection Certificate 1 Original, 3 Copies *If applicable. Note APLL will send a delay document notice(DDN) to Consignee for any document is not receives from vendors within 5 working days after vessel sails
