Presence of excessive twist in yarn segments. Wrong selection of twist wheel. Wrong selection of spindle driving pulley. The yarn count has become coarser. Suitable action to overcome these difficulties.

It is the yarn portion having less twist than the normal. Wrong selection of twist wheel. Wrong selection of spindle driving pulley. Cord slippage on spindle wharve Select proper twist wheel. Check spindle slippage at regular intervals.
