3 DFM Roles & Responsibilities Channel Manager Define Product Vision Define Requirements for new products and enhancements Provide product assets (feeds, URLs, logos, photos, embed codes, players, galleries, URLs, APIs, access codes, passwords, etc.) Participate in QA Maintain product Communicate updates to stakeholders after product launch Evaluate KPIs Feed into Product Roadmap – KPIs, new partners, industry trends, competition, etc. Product Manager/Owner Write PRDx, PRD and User Stories (Review with all with Channel Manager) Intermediary between Channel Manager and Project Management Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Ad Ops, Finance) Participate in QA Evaluate KPIs Maintain Product Roadmap with input from Channel Manager, other stakeholders, external forces Project Manager/Scrum Master Manage Agile Development/Sprint process Intermediary between Product Manager and Development
