How much time do I have to make a decision? What is my realistic financial situation? Who will be my neighbour? What about noise?

3 Council on Aging, Windsor-Essex County 3 Be a Good Investigator Look for a trusted Real Estate agent, lawyer, mover, appraiser, building/home inspector etc. Look for hidden costs, fees, conditions and clauses Look for restrictions in leases and contracts Look carefully at the “small print” KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING!
