2. Type in your user name and password And click sign in Hit enter for next page

3. This will bring you to your welcome page, from here you can See your account information and start your search Hit enter for next page

4. To search by item number Select ‘Item number’ from the drop down menu Type in your item number And click go Hit enter for next page

5. This will bring you right to your item and show you… If your item is in stock And your NET price Hit enter for next page

6. If your item shows out of stock, you can click On the item number for more information Hit enter for next page

7. This screen will show you if any alternates are available And give you price and availability Hit enter for next page

8. You can also search by partial item number Simply type in the start of your item number And click go Hit enter for next page

9. This will bring you to a list of Items beginning in that number You can then refine your search by clicking the categories on the left Hit enter for next page

10. To browse products by category Click on browse all categories Then either choose from the quick drop menu Or select ‘See All’ to view a complete list of categories Hit enter for next page

11. ‘See All’ brings you to a full list of categories From here you can click any category to browse

12. This will bring you to a full list of products in that category with price and availability. You can click on any of these to get more detailed information Hit enter for next page

13. From this screen you can type in the quantity you are looking for and hit enter Hit enter for next page

14. If there is sufficient stock, This message will appear Hit enter for next page

15. If there is insufficient stock, this message will appear It will let you know how many units are available Hit enter for next page

16. Any item quantities you enter, get added to your cart By clicking checkout, you can get a Summary of the items you checked And a restatement of any insufficient Inventory for your inquiry Hit enter for next page

17. You can also find information on your orders Select ‘Order Number” From the drop down menu And type in your Order number Hit enter for next page

18. This will bring you directly to the detailed order information It will show you… Your ship to address The date shipped (the confirmation/invoice date) The shipment method And the tracking number Your order status Hit enter for next page

19. You can also search orders by your purchase order number Select ‘Purchase Order’ from the drop down menu And enter your Purchase Order number Hit enter for next page

20. To view open invoices select ‘Open Invoices’ on the right hand side You can then type in the invoice number and click search Hit enter for next page

21. You can also search by transaction date Click on the ‘From’ box and choose a start date Do the same for the ‘To’ box

22. This will bring you to a list of open invoices in that date range Click on an invoice number for more information Hit enter for next page

23. This brings you to a summary of the order Click on the order number for detailed information Hit enter for next page

24. This will return you to the order details
