10 Impacts of not voting  Only 7 to 10% of the General Public Vote decide the fate of the State and Country.  There is no minimum number of votes or percentage of electors required such as quorum.  No quorum and less participation leaves political parties rely on current vote bank.  The political parties are forced to draw plans and schemes to attract the current vote bank. The political parties will never plan or think of schemes for non-vote bank public.  Newly Emerging parties also not focusing on Non-Voting Public and fall in the trap of current vote bank. They fail to visualise out of the box possibilities.  As the New Political parties also follow the same suite they lose the confidence of general public as well.  The Quality of the Vote Bank is the Primary Key and everything else is the outcome from this.

11 Political Party’s Strategy in India Vote Bank Politics – Strategies 1. Party Votes – The Core Strength 2. Cash Votes - (Money/Liquor/Biriyani) 3. Fake Votes (Illegal Bulk Votes) 4. By providing a clean electoral system via Electronic Voting System using Intranet and Internet. The Existing Political Parties will be forced to bring-in Qualified Candidates By nabeling emergence of New Generation Politicians who are not exposed to the traditional political system.
