3 3 Definition – LDP Zone  Lender Development Program (LDP) is an online community to facilitate training, best practices, and collaboration between existing LDP Credit Unions and Lending Protection Managers (LPMs)  A web enabled application that allows Credit Union and CUNA Mutual to share information focused on LDP.  LDP Zone will be a secured community (or sub community) within the Lending Resource Center on CUNAMutual.com. The users will need to request access and will only be granted access if they are an LDP Credit Union.

5 5 User Roles  Compliance- Person responsible for compliance process  CU Security Admin- Person responsible for requesting, approving and removing access for CU employees  Editor- Person responsible for developing and complying formal content  LDP Support- Person responsible for day to day operations for LDP  Moderator- Person responsible for moderating discussion boards  Publisher- Person responsible for reviewing content for branding look and publishing content  Site Admin- Person responsible for content management Reviewing, initial compliance and approval of content Creating, editing, uploading, managing and archiving content Developing site promotion content

6 6 User Roles Contd..  Site User- Person with ‘authorization’ for navigation to and within ‘site The two specific types of Site Users are Primary users - Credit Union employees Executives of LDP Credit Unions Secondary users - CUNA Mutual employees Lending Protection Managers (LPM) Sales Manager Lending Protection (SMLP) Sales Executives Account Consultants User roles in scope for TCoE testing.

9 9 LDP Operation  Access to more LDP resources through web-seminars, e-Learning and the LDP Zone  Metrics to meet both good and difficult economic conditions  Create an exit path for un-profitable CU’s  Converts materials for new distribution channel and preparing them to be used in new markets  If touch points increases per year then retention increases (based on best practices research  Providing vehicle for LDP CU’s and LPM’s to leverage each others best practices.

10 10 In Scope for all users  Access the LDP Zone through LRC or LDP tool kit View resources on home page relevant to role Users can navigate to other role pages to within site Submit new discussion and submit new messages to discussion topic Can edit, view, list, sort and reply to messages View/Sort/List of discussions. Do search/advance search for the discussion topic/word within the site Participate in surveys and polls Create/view/update the my author profile View rating, author details about a content item and add content of various media types View other profiles with their points. See nickname, credit union, and picture Submit an idea with attachments, best practice, feedback, questions and receive acknowledgement that something was submitted View learnings, opportunities, motivations, recognitions and best practices Able to recognize peers and view the recognition for top contributors Go to LDP Navigator from participation graph  Information within the concept of Idea Center

11 11 In Scope for restricted users  CMG Employees Navigate to LDP Zone through LDP Tool kit within intranet Participation in a non moderated discussion board Option to select a credit union is provided and also related participation graph View the rock stars metrics Tracking of metrics only, not for display Points/Metrics should tracked and are not viewable View and sort list of LDP Team bio’s  CU Employees Register only if an active LDP credit union Participate in moderated discussion board Go to program resources and view resources relevant to role  Site Admin/Moderator Site admin will manage and admin the site related to content and users Reviewing initial compliance and approval content Creating, editing, uploading, managing and archiving content Add survey or poll, announce results, a new topic for the discussion board Responsible for complying the surveys and polls prior to publishing Responsible for removing outdated surveys and/or polls

12 12 In Scope for restricted users Right to accept/ reject/ modify/ delete discussion board messages and replies. Add new generic portlet, its content and modify the contents of portlet. Add/ edit/ delete LDP team bio info and edit the nick name of the user Add content by role and category and use advanced search to find it. Check program resources by role and category for content item. Tracking of information about the Rock stars, tracking and displaying metrics for LPM’s within their assigned credit unions. View, retrieve and select list of site users for mailing list. View the metrics to measure to site/content usage. View the metrics to measure user contributions and usage. Responsible for moderating discussion boards Responsible for determination of discussion and/or messages need to be reviewed by compliance.

13 13 Out of Scope  Acquiring LDP zone for new CU’s for this project  Requesting access to the ‘site’ as a new service, when CU does not have a security admin  Providing and tracking an ‘agreement form’ before accessing the ‘site’ for the first time  Process to remove user access to ‘site’ for CU that cancelled LDP  Role based testing - system to provide functionality for all customer facing pages and content to describe LDP  Reporting of users  Tracking and displaying about the metrics site and to provide measures on usage and effectiveness  Data calculation for the Rank Comparison Graphs, Participation Performance graphs.  Surveying and polling creation  Compliance, Legal and Records Management - the retention period, expiry date, reporting period of content and/or collaboration within a published time period  Content and graphic of LDP, LDP team member’s bio  Foresee Survey, Other useful links and Program Resources page is out of scope.

14 14 Assumptions  The credit union employee must be set up with a user account to request access to the ‘site’  Site Admin is responsible for content and meta data  Determining if a user is required to be licensed based on state and validating the user is licensed before providing access to LDP Zone is out of scope  Exporting the mailing list as per Lyris format  Testing Lyris ListManager application is out of scope for TCoE  Reports will be viewed using the Reporting tool, but testing of the reporting tool is out of scope for TCoE  Any test related to search functionality is restricted to content within the LDP Zone site not from other sites or cunamutual.com
