2 Ken worked as an electrician, housepainter, salesman, debate coach, ditch digger, and college faculty member before joining the Training and Education Division of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. In 1982 he joined EG&G to provide commercial training and consulting in risk, safety, root cause analysis, and incident investigation.
