4 Notice to Proceed with Design: September 2015 Submit to DSA: March 2016 Construction of New Nursery Complete: April 2016 DSA Approval/Permit: October 2016 Establish GMP: October 2016 Begin Construction: October 2016 Construction Complete: December 2017 Finish early = GC Savings to Design – Build team (50/50 split)

5 Design – Build Team’s Total Budget = $13,075,000 Project Cost responsibility is shown on Attachment 7A  Use Sheet 1 with Att. 7A in header FF&E  Only cost to include is showing layout in floor plans and recommendations on colors/finishes  No moving, purchasing or installation of FF&E Project estimates/GMP – Open Book Liquidated Damages - $2500/day
