10 It can be registered into the “Libretto formativo individuale” (individual training booklet) IT’S A FORMAL CERTIFICATE It’s given to an individual Points out and assures that the individual owns all the typical competences of a defined professional figure It’s assigned through a PROCEDURE REGULATED by the Region It can be obtained through the addition of partial certifications (certifications of “competency unit” which can be gained through different ways of learning, during different periods of life) the RQS QUALIFICATION is: the RQS QUALIFICATION is: A group of working roles, operating on working processes which are similar and characterized by professional and homogeneous competences

11  It 'a "joint" between the vocational training and the labour system  It is not "prescriptive" neither for the one nor for the other system  A qualification is not a working role  The SRQ doesn’t represent the system of working roles inside the enterprises A qualification can be a reference to the one and the other system  A qualification is not a training course  The SRQ is not the system of training offer The qualification reflects professional figures “trainable" and "present" in the world of work A register of qualifications expressed in standards of professional competences

19 19 At present the Regional Inventory is consisting of 126 qualifications referred to 38 professional areas Access to a professional area Of these, in accordance with the construction of THE TRAINING STANDARDS, can be distinguished : Either access and deepening 26 14 Deepening/specialization 86 3rd EQF level 4th EQF level 5th-6th-7° EQF lev.

31 Object Object for formalization and certification are the professional standards of qualifications. The minimum certifiable unit consists of the competency unit. In the perspective taken competences are the reference and communication code : for the world of work where competences are a factor for efficiency, quality and competitiveness for the educational and training system where competences become prevalent and relevant training objectives for the protection of individual rights where the competences form factor of employability and individual capital to value and recognize

32 The RSFC allows to formalize and certify the competences of: people who took part (partially or fully) to a training course which provides as a result the issue of a document of formalization and certification people with experience in the workplace, and/or informal situations and/or with certificates obtained in relation to formal learning situations involved in obtaining a document of formalization and certification Beneficiaries

34 R S FC FEATURES The RSFC is characterized by two essential conditions: defined and strict procedures, professional competence of its authors. These two conditions make: sure the path - each one (beneficiaries, actuators, external actors interested...) knows the stages of the route; homogeneous and transparent the contents; the same criteria for analysis and evaluation of skills (for evidence or for examination ) in any place-any time; The results/outcomes of the process used in different contexts and authoritative. The use of reliable procedures and visible by "experts" makes the results stronger and facilitating the use in different contexts

35 35 The outputs of the process of formalization and certification Qualification - Qualification - document in which you certify, always after passing an examination, abilities and knowledge corresponding to a qualification. Certificate of competence Certificate of competence - document in which you certify, after passing an examination, abilities and knowledge corresponding to one or more Unit of Competence Form on abilities and knowledge Form on abilities and knowledge - document that will formalize the individual knowledge and abilities if they do not cover the whole expected for one or more UC (Unit of competence)
