Weakness: no standard reporting structure.  Owner: Grace Crickette Action Status  Ergo loss analysis completed Custodian position selected Campus Ergonomists collecting information –08.19 Project scope defined –09.24 Project roles assigned; timeline established –First report due Spring 2011 Pilot implementation budget of $5000. per campus/med center (OP funding)
