7 Document Infrastructure  Update website – completed  Training requirements, templates for safety plans, manuals, etc.  Update door signage – 75% completed  Inventory, inspect & tag eye wash, shower, fume hoods – c ompleted  Clarified responsibilities between FE&P and EH&S

8 Resources  Two additional positions added – filled  Relocate & upgrade HAZMAT room  HAZMAT accumulations at normal levels

9 Safety Plans for Each Lab  Inventory & inspect all 350 labs – complete  Develop safety plan for each lab  Draft templates

10 Training  Develop matrix of offerings – complete  Annual mandatory general safety training  Everyone working in labs; first responders  Develop training plans for each lab  On-line modules being developed

11 Standard Reports  Lab inspection reports in standard formats for Deans & Dept. Chairs end of each semester
