Important committee heads will have their contact information posted and registered members will receive direct mass emails containing information pertinent to the organization. Increase Participation The best way to get people participating, either in person or remotely, is to allow for a digital commons where people can talk about all issues (past, present, and future) pertaining to the organization. To achieve this a forum will be installed along with picture gallery. All members will be able to post their own comments, discussions, and pictures. Providing a means to allow people to contribute online from the convenience of their home or work will increase income.
