2. What is the BES Book Award? Children’s choice award for the state of Maryland. Sponsored by MEMO (Maryland Educational Media Organization). Scores of titles read, 14 nominated in the picture book category. KIDS choose best book, and authors receive the award at the annual luncheon.

3. What grades are included? Categories: Picture Books-Pre K-3 Grades 4-6 Grades 6-9 Grades 9-12

19. Zen Shorts Muth When Stillwater, a panda, moves into the neighborhood, the stories he tells to three siblings teach them to look at the world in new ways.
