31 REGISTRATION FOR CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT Complete online application with Salt Lake Community College. Print out the “Memo of Understanding” and return to Junior School Counselor. Complete Appeals Form and return to Junior High School Counselor along with essay for the Communication courses. Take Accuplacer tests in Reading and Math. Test will be given at the Junior High School Computer Lab in March/April. Admission must be completed prior to Feb. 27 th. so Accuplacr Testing can be completed.

33 SLCC CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT FEE’S Application Fee - $40.00. Payable at the time the online application is completed. All Concurrent Enrollment classes starting with summer semester 2013 will be charged a minimum tuition fee. The tuition amount has been set by USHE (Utah System of Higher Education) at $5.00 per credit hour. (i.e. a 3 credit hour class will cost $15.00). When a student registers for a Concurrent Enrollment class, the College will bill them. Parents will be responsible for payment of tuition. Students who fail to pay by the tuition fee deadline may be charged a late fee of $50.00.
