3 Analyst Qualifications
Analyst Roles Deloitte Analyst program is typically a two year track Project roles range in duration from several weeks to several months Considerable overlap between BA & SA programs. However, SAs are typically assigned more technical roles and BAs are typically assigned more functional roles Functional Technical Project Planning Benchmarking Communication Planning Financial Modeling Business Process Design Data Model Design System Test Planning Application Development Package Customization Network Design Technology Assessment Analyst Qualifications Systems Analyst (SA) Strong academic performance Demonstrated leadership and professionalism Superior quantitative, problem solving, teaming & analytical skills Effective interpersonal skills Demonstrated aptitude for IT Willingness to travel This graphic shows how our differentiation fits into the marketplace. As you can see, the advisory firms do provide some execution, but don’t extend into the implement and operate sectors. On the other end, the firms that operate services barely extend into the implement area. Several organizations that have a large presence in the middle of the scale, don’t have strength in the advisory area. Deloitte Consulting’s solutions are first driven by business issues - then delivered through world class execution and implementation. An approach which we believe adds tremendous value to the client.
