4. Why MACtivity? Maverick Activities Center (MAC) provides facilities for exercise, indoor and outdoor sports as well as many other recreational activities. Lots of users waiting to get a chance to play What if you know the estimate of people using various MAC facilities and thus plan ahead your schedule accordingly? 4

5. MACtivity: High Level Summary Our android app MACtivity will give users all necessary information to plan and schedule their activities in MAC Will help users to invite their buddies to plan playing together various sports via the formed friend list 5

6. MACtivity: High Level Summary Users will know: o For a particular day o At a particular time interval o A particular game How many people have planned for playing, so that they can decide accordingly whether to go in that time period 6

We conducted intensive research on apps on android market This app has not been developed before, and novel in the sense that it helps to estimate the number of people playing a particular sport at a particular time, so users can plan ahead Also, students can build their own buddy network, and communicate via the app to decide the mutual timings of play 8

Students can communicate just by fixing a time slot and not having to contact all the friends manually by phone calls/text, which saves time, effort and money It can be enhanced by adding a feature of giving the user a visual aid of statistical data (ex: pie chart) to show how many people are playing which sport. 9
