2. Version 4.0 Goals Replace Course Authoring Tool (CAT) & Domain Knowledge File Authoring Tool (DAT) with a user-friendly, intuitive GWT Graphical User Interface. Build a framework that can support easy integration with new authoring tools as they are created. Re-factor certain modules / services to in order to support the new approach. Plan for integration with SIMILE.

3. Authoring Tool (Dashboard) Concept The Dashboard will provide the following : – Overview of existing authored data. – Group authored data by type (e.g. *.dkf, *.course) – A search that will take the user to an applicable “How-To” section/page.
