3 About the “Walk and Roll” Company-sponsored, employee-driven fundraising walk for Giving Comfort Pilot program launched in 2013 Can encompass run/walk/ride events 100% of funds raised go directly towards providing Comfort Kits for patients in need – not overhead Donations are tax-deductible Employee donations of at least $10 made by check or credit card eligible for dollar-for-dollar match

4 Program Benefits Promotes exercise and better health among employees while helping patients in our community Engages employees and increases awareness about Giving Comfort Flexible –Open year-round –Logistics (date, distance, route) determined at local level Vitality Points: 35 points for <5K | 350 points for ≥5K Participation may be logged as volunteer hours towards grants

6 Open to McKesson and employees and their children Registration Fee of $15 will apply for non-McKesson employees Corporate Citizenship department will provide event funding of $15 for each registered participant to cover the cost of food, beverages, etc. on the day of the event

7 Event Funding Process 1.Charge expenses for food, beverages on your corporate card 2.Submit your expenses as you normally would 3. Request event funding online after your walk: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GCWalkFundingRequestForm 4.Email Corporate.Citizenship@McKesson.com once you’ve submitted your funding requestCorporate.Citizenship@McKesson.com 5.Corporate Citizenship will ask Finance to initiate a cost center transfer, and will confirm reimbursement is booked

8 Vitality Points Process 1.Create a team on www.teamgivingcomfort.org (see Website Guide on the website)www.teamgivingcomfort.org 2.Ensure all employees, spouses and children register 4.Email Corporate.Citizenship@McKesson.com once the event is complete and everyone has registeredCorporate.Citizenship@McKesson.com 5.Corporate Citizenship will pull a Vitality report for you to submit via McKNet’s HR Web Case

9 Vitality Points for Remote Employees or Virtual Walkers 1.Remote employees or virtual walkers may participate by: a)Registering via www.GivingComfortWalk.orgwww.GivingComfortWalk.org b)Showing their RVC proof of distance walked on their FitBit. 2.It is the responsibility of the RVC to verify remote employees’/virtual walkers’ participation and distance in the Vitality report. The RVC is responsible for removing any employees on the Vitality report that have not verified their distance walked.

11 Vitality Points FAQ How quickly will files be loaded? – Files will be loaded within 2 businesses days if they are formatted correctly. You will be notified when the file is uploaded, or if there are errors. I’m having trouble uploading my file. Who should I contact? – HR Support Center at 855-GO-MCKHR (1-855-466-2547) When should employees see points? – This varies depending on the event/activity. For McKesson specific events submitted through Webcase, points typically award within 2-4 business days. I don’t see points for my activity. Who should I contact? – To verify you were included in the file submitted by Webcase contact your Regional Volunteer Chairperson. 12 Donations and Matching Gifts Giving Comfort accepts credit card and check donations. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DONATIONS.
