9. 9/4/20158 PSU PSU reg and payment were due Sept 19th. The deadline for second semester is early February. There is a one time financial aid available. Your student will receive a PSU ID that looks like a credit card. The PSU ID entitles your student to privileges offered to any part time PSU student (i.e. library, recreational facilities, etc.)
