When performed correctly, Social and New Media analytics can unlock the value content, allowing the organization to better engage the fan base, and optimize Public Broadcasting Services could not be left behind compared to private radio. The Information is out there, it’s publicly available. And it’s ready to be used. The organizations that build comprehensive analytical program around it will be rewarded. The organizations that continue with traditional services models for analysis and measurement will be left behind. As the Public Broadcasting Services, the organization should run not only the traditional services models but also it should develop program through the New Wave.
