6 WHAT IS BSF? BSF – Building Schools for the Future is a programme from the Government which is about raising educational standards in schools. Luton has been given £233 million pounds to rebuild, modernise and re-shape all of our High Schools. Primary Schools will follow after that. New exciting schools means new exciting learning = better achievement. 8 ACTIVITY TIME ! Love – Hate - Change Using the Post-it notes on your table write down one thing you LOVE and one thing you HATE about your school and one thing you would CHANGE about your school if you were able to. Put your Post-its up on the flip chart at your table under each heading. Finally when you have all put up your Post-its on the flip decide as a GROUP which FIVE changes are the most important to you all. Good Luck !

How would you spend the points – Make a Change …… How would you spend the points – Make a Change …… Using your CHANGES from Activity One – look at the point list on your table.  You have 100 points to make those changes and transform your schools for the future !  Remember to think about what other pupils would like, mums, dads and people from your community.  Each table must put together a poster and present back to our panel – with your reasons for your changes.  Use the special paper provided. Go for it !!
