COLLEGE OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS The Board of Assessors of the Clinical College, alias the Medicare Assessment Team, has the task of evaluating applicants for College membership, Medicare Specialist Clinical Psychology rebates, and eligibility for endorsement to practice Clinical Psychology under the PsyBA, to see whether they have through their career gained the knowledge, skills and competencies of a Clinical Psychologist.
