4 New Administrative Reviews School Year 2013-14 posted Three year cycle Priority to SFA’s not certified and not reviewed last year Off-Site Assessment must be completed by SFA-ESE Security portal. Will be reviewed with SFA prior to review. 5 New Administrative Reviews Corrective Action Plans will be completed through ESE Security Portal Review not closed until all corrective action items have been resolved Fiscal Action tied to review findings. E-mails to school nutrition director, business manager and superintendent Initial contact has been made by ESE staff.
