14 Formative Evaluation: One strategy in which I intend to get my design plan evaluated would be by a “Small group evaluation”. Involving that I will have a few of the teachers come together and work on the training together in order to see how they do and what needs to be fixed. Another strategy in which I intend to get my design plan evaluated is by “Peer Evaluation”. I will get someone who is familiar with the program to go through the training to make sure it’s user friendly and understandable.

15 Summary In conclusion this training will allow for teachers to get familiar with the program by having everything broken down for them in several steps so that they don’t get overwhelmed with the program.
