7 How can Maths Hubs aid in raising participation of Girls at Post 16? Promoting careers that need mathematics. Establish mentoring and coaching with female mentors/coaches. Actively support girls’ involvement for ‘aim higher’ events. Introduce Maths teams in order to share and adapt good practice. Open lines of communication with role models in careers than use Mathematics.
