Who We Are Zero One Concept is a BPO service provider formed in late 2009 by a group of individuals who are passionate about helping other businesses grow by providing a full range of “personalized” outsourcing services. Our portfolio ranges from contact center solutions to software and systems development. Location We operate in our own 8,611 sq. ft. newly-built facility in Dumaguete, Philippines. Currently running 250 active seats with 43,056 sq. ft. of open space ready to be utilized for expansion. Financial Standing We are financially stable, working under an umbrella corporation with portfolio ranging from automotive, gas, to real-estate development.
