4 2007: learning and teaching LEFIS TUNING TEMPLATE + Internal reviews on documents on graduate studies, postgraduate studies and continuing education Review is made by TUNING reviewer.- Katherine Isaac from Pisa Review is made by an external reviewer from United Kingdom Learning material: LEFIS modules and courses Reviews by LEFIS reviewers (Leith, Bohne, Kleve, Basu, Petrauskas) Leith in Rotterdam (January), Bohne in La Laguna (February), Leith in Zaragoza (March) Ellaboration of learning and teaching material on Teaching on e Government to put in the LEFIS web, and to publish in english (by a review committee and a double peer review system) attending to the publisher’s requirements The publication of the LEFIS Serie is negotiated with KLUWER Ellaboration of e learning modules on E Government, attending to these models: Blended module: using MOODLE Pure module: using ADD Commercial module: using SUMO from FASE A module in Spanish on E Government is in ellaboration. The module will support the universitary teaching in Zaragoza, La Plata (Argentina) and Santa Catarina (Brasil) on the same subject The offer will be part of the offer of the Group of 9 Spanish Unviersities that has a Virtual Campus A workshop on e learning during 2007: 18th 19th May in Albarracin (Spain) Reviews of the LEFIS learning material and modules Last meeting in Jaca (Pyrenees) July 2007 at the same time as two Summer Schools and a Conference on E Government and digital inclusion.- Between 23th and 29th July

5 2007: LEFIS applied research Public Key Infrastructure to access to special sections of the LEFIS web: Publications E Learning products The LEFIS PKI is a public PKI of the University of Zaragoza (lhttps://lefis.unizar.es/pki/) The new version of LEFIS using “Web services” technologies and in coordination with the “@firma” project of The Spanish Ministery of Public Administration is in development The project will permit the use of the Spanish Digital Identity Card to access to LEFIS LEFIS @firma as tool for E Administration projects The “egovs” system of medition of policies of development and use of web pages is functioning More experiences are planned and in development The APTICE code of practices for e commerce and e government as legally recognised quality distintive

8 New Applications: Teaching Ia Lifelong Learning Programme.- Erasmus programme Intensive programmes: from 2 until 6 weeks To prepare teachers and materials: E Government as adequate subject, there is scarce interest between the LEFIS members Joint degrees: Masters and doctorate courses Support will be given to projects which: Respond to new needs and challenges emerging at European level; Present a strong multidisciplinary approach; Are part of integrated programmes of study leading to recognised double or joint degrees. 12 New Applications: Teaching Ic Accompanying measures Accompanying measures will support communication and valorisation activities as well as thematic monitoring of projects in the Erasmus programme An application in relation with LEFIS when LEFIS finishes (from end of December 2007) Deadline: 30.4.2007.- 1 year
