11. What is the KEYS 2.0 Process? A deliberative process for school improvement Begins with introducing staff to research- based quality standards for schools Continues with the use of a web-based assessment survey completed by the school community to provide information on six areas of school quality that correlate with high student achievement

12. What happens after the survey? Further Analysis and Reflection on the data – to discuss difficult issues that would otherwise be muted – to establish priorities and making more rational school improvement decisions
